5. Customer Responsibilities

• Inspection and Approval: You agree to approve any repairs or changes to your vehicle after receiving a repair estimate. Any changes or additions to the work must be confirmed in writing.
• Collection of Vehicle: You must pick up your vehicle within 3 after completion of the repairs. After this period, additional storage fees may apply.

While we take great care in providing quality auto repair services, Center Auto Body is not responsible for:

• Any damage, theft, or loss to the vehicle after it has been released from our premises.
• Damages that arise from third-party service providers or parts.
• Any issues related to a manufacturer’s warranty or design flaw in the vehicle.
